Starting with over 100 varieties of single malt, there are always over 200 varieties of rare vintage wines from all over the world available to satisfy wine connoisseurs, as well as select sake from Hyogo Gokoku, the five old nations of Hyogo. The live jazz performances held every night resound with the exquisite tones of a Henry Z. Steinway Limited Edition model, one of only 91 “ultimate piano” models that exists in the entire world. Tilt back your glass and enjoy conversation while overlooking the beautiful Kobe nightscape.

Single malt, select vintage wines, sake
Lounge and Bar Grand Bleu offers over 100 varieties of single malt, and there are always over 200 varieties of rare vintage wines from all over the world available to satisfy wine connoisseurs. Furthermore, original cocktails are mixed in response to customer requests. Guests can also enjoy sake from Hyogo Gokoku, the five old nations of Hyogo. Live Jazz
Lounge and Bar Grand Bleu hosts live jazz performances every night. Pleasant tones flow from a Henry Z. Steinway Limited Edition model, the “ultimate piano” which was born as an homage to the Steinway family and is one of only 91 such pianos in the world. Enjoy the slow passage of time while immersed in jazz, experiencing fleeting moments of extravagance and luxurious scenery.

The finest aromas, premium cigars
Premium cigars are hand rolled by cigar craftsmen using carefully selected tobacco leaves. They require strictly controlled humidity and temperature, as cigar quality is readily influenced by these factors; yet that is enough to convey the delicate flavors of the leaves themselves. In particular, authentic Cuban cigars have rich, complex scents and flavors acquired like well-aged wine. At our Lounge and Bar, guests can enjoy premium cigars selected by Japan’s foremost cigar expert, Mr. Mamoru Hiromi. Enjoy the finest aroma and authentic flavors while pleasant music drifts into your ears.
